Return policy
Due to the personalized nature of the products, manufactured exclusively to order, they are subject to an extensive and detailed elaboration procedure, the withdrawal can only be made within a maximum period of seven days after the order, after this period Reitermann Art will not refund any amounts, except in cases of product defect.
After talking to aligning your personalized order with the customer and, consequently, starting the painting, no refund of any amount due for withdrawal will be allowed. The return of the product will only be made if there is damage at the time of delivery. If the damage is due to misuse of the product, Reitermann Art may, depending on the situation, adjust the product as long as the shipping and return of the freight is at the customer's expense.
Defective product:
If upon receiving the product, you identify any defect, immediately communicate via Instagram (@reitermann.art) or email (sophie.reitermann@gmail .com ) together with the product photo, reporting the defect. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will analyze the order and contact you for further exchange or reimbursement procedures.
Reitermann Art's warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse of the product, that is, when its use is different from that proposed for the product. For example: Problems with moving the art after delivery and/or fixing it on walls, contact with excessive humidity or heat, and even the use of inappropriate cleaning products. In these cases, in the case of damage arising from improper handling of the product by the customer, there will be no coverage under the aforementioned warranty. The warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with the product or purchase error, considering that the manufacture of any and all products by Reitermann Art depends on prior expression of will and approval of the artwork by the customer.
