Delivery Policy

We ship to all states in Brazil and abroad.
 
Deadlines:
Only after confirmation of payment for your purchase will the products be shipped. For immediate delivery products, the delivery period varies according to the type of shipment chosen by the customer and its location.

For customized products, the delivery time varies according to the waiting list and the type of shipment chosen, both will be communicated in advance. Before ordering a custom product, it is recommended to confirm the current deadline. 

Services Used for Shipping:
Our deliveries are made by Post (Sedex or PAC) including to international destinations.
 

Sedex: Delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, guaranteed after posting or sooner depending on location.
PAC: It is the postal service's standard parcel service. The stipulated period is 8 to 10 business days for delivery after posting, but this is an estimated period, that is, not guaranteed by the Post Office. The maximum term for this service is 20 working days.



IMPORTANT: In case of any kind of delay, please contact us within 20 days after the date of posting so that we can contact the Post Office. After 30 days from the date of posting it is not possible to file the claim.

About delivery:
Sedex: has home delivery, on weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, in all municipalities in Brazil.
There will be 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive working days, the first being on the same date of arrival at the distribution unit. If delivery is impossible due to the closed house or the absence of a civilly capable person, the order will be available for delivery at the agency closest to the recipient's address, for seven (7) calendar days, after which it will be returned to the sender. Delivery at the postal unit counter is made only to the recipient himself, or the person authorized by him, in the appropriate field on the arrival notice left by the postman. If delivery is not possible for other reasons, the order will be returned immediately.
The delivery of the order in a rural area or at risk is carried out exclusively at the post office closest to the recipient's address.
PAC: Home, on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
2 delivery attempts will be made, the 1st attempt being on the same day the object arrives at the distribution unit. The 2nd attempt will be made on the following business day.


In case the package returns to Reitermann Art, after all delivery attempts, the return shipping must be paid by the customer, observing that Correios will charge again for the service.

Areas with home delivery restrictions:
The Post Office does not deliver home delivery in some cities, in rural areas, places of difficult access or risk. If the object is destined for an area with home delivery restrictions, the Post Office will assess what action to be taken for the indicated CEP, and may extend the delivery period of the object by another 7 days or send the object to one of the Post Office units , so the recipient can pick it up. The Post Office will leave a notice of arrival at the recipient's address, who must go to the Post Office unit indicated, carrying documents that allow their identification, in order to collect the object. The holding period is 7 calendar days for SEDEX and PAC.
